Ordering from Tutu Gallery is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps:

Ordering Incentives and Guidelines:

Payment Options

Your order will be processed when 40% deposit is received. Please calculate 40% of the total cost of your order before
shipping. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order. Cheques and money orders are payable to Tutu Gallery.

Turnaround Time

Please call us to confirm exact shipping date. Some costumes like Basic, Classical and Platter Tutus, may be in stock and available immediately. All other styles will be shipped within a couple of weeks depending on the time of the year. Costumes in our catalogue are available throughout the year, however, availability may be limited after April 1st due to fabric and trim limitations. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay on your order. In case of non-delivery by a specific date, Tutu Gallery will reimburse our customers for money paid to us, but will not be liable for any additional damages.


4% shipping fee is added to all orders. We use Canada Post ground service but would be happy to send your order by
courier, if you instruct us to do so and you wish to cover the extra expense. Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive a shipping confirmation by email. There will be no duty charges or brokerage fees for your orders if shipped to
address in Canada. All our costumes are produced in Canada and shipped from Ontario.

Return/Cancellation Policy

You may make changes to your order within the first 2 weeks of receiving our confirmation email. Changes in sizes only please and subject to availability. Note that changes to your original order may affect delivery times. Absolutely no returns or cancellations on costumes. Costumes may be exchanged for sizing within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please call us for a return authorization number prior to exchanging and indicate it on your return. Exchanged costumes must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags affixed and contain all accessories and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Quality Guarantee

We do stand behind our products under normal wear. If any of our costumes fails to meet our high-quality standards, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. Fabric and decorative trims may change without notice due to availability.
